Celebrating 10 Years of Visual Best
Some milestones deserve more than a cake in the office pantry.
Ten years ago, Visual Best began in the simplest way possible. One desk. One chair. One person with a belief that this would work. There were no grand plans on paper, just long working hours, client calls taken with hope, and the determination not to give up.
So now that Visual Best completed ten years, it calls for something meaningful. Not just a celebration, but a pause. A moment to look back at where it all started and to honour the people who made it possible.
So the entire VB team packed their bags and headed to Jaipur. The trip was fully sponsored by Visual Best itself, because this success belongs to everyone who built it.
The Road to Jaipur
As soon as the crew got on the traveller, the celebrations started. There was excitement in the air. Every seat had a tale to tell, talks were scattered with laughing, and music filled the air. Everyday coworkers have uncovered new aspects of one another.
The trip seemed symbolic. The road to ten years has twists, speed bumps, lengthy stretches, and acceleration moments, just like the road to Jaipur. But every mile was worthwhile because of the objective.
Arrival at Pink Pearl by Chokhi Dhani
Reaching Pink Pearl Resort by Chokhi Dhani in Jaipur felt like stepping into a world of elegance and celebration. The Visual Best team was greeted with warmth and grandeur by the five-star luxury resort. Richness and comfort were evident in the building, the atmosphere, and the hospitality.
After settling into beautifully appointed rooms, the evening unfolded into an unforgettable celebration centred around a spectacular dinner buffet.

The dinner buffet was really lavish. A wonderful meal with a mouthwatering range of cuisines stretched across the banquet area. A feast that pleased every palate was served with the combination of aromatic Indian specialities, live counters with freshly made food, rich curries, fine breads, continental specialities, gourmet salads, rich desserts, and cool drinks.
Every table was alive with conversations, shared laughter, and heartfelt appreciation. The lighting, décor, and festive ambience elevated the experience further. It was not just dinner. It was a grand culinary celebration marking ten years of relentless hard work.
The 10th Anniversary Event That Touched Every Heart
The most powerful moment of the trip was the anniversary celebration event.
As everyone gathered, the room carried anticipation and emotion. CEO Santosh Kushwaha took the stage to present a deeply personal and meticulously prepared presentation that traced the journey of Visual Best over the past decade.

He began with the image of a single desk and chair. That was where it all started. No big infrastructure. No large team. Just vision and determination.
He spoke about how things were in the beginning. The early days were uncertain and nothing came easily. There were long working hours and constant pressure to keep things moving. He talked about handling everything on his own and figuring things out step by step.
From that first desk and chair, the company slowly moved into a small workspace. Every new project mattered, and every new client felt like real progress. Listening to it in detail made everyone realise how gradual the growth has been and how much effort went into building Visual Best over the years.
Over the years, Visual Best kept growing step by step. The small workspace eventually turned into a bigger office. The team slowly became larger, and the work also kept expanding in new directions. Things became more organised with time, and the office started to look like the place everyone knows today.
Now the workplace is full of people working together every day, but the feeling of how it all started is still very much there.
He talked about how Visual Best was built from the ground up and how it slowly became one of the leading digital marketing and design agencies in Noida. It did not happen quickly. The growth came with time, effort, and constant learning.
As he spoke, the room was completely quiet. Everyone was listening closely. Many people were visibly emotional as the story felt real and close. It was not just about the company’s growth but about the effort, risks, and people who stayed through the journey.
Following him, Mrs. Anita Kushwaha addressed the team. Her words were filled with emotion and sincerity. She spoke about how close this journey has always been to her heart. She shared how she has believed in Mr. Kushwaha since day one, even when circumstances were uncertain. She reflected on the challenges faced behind the scenes and the faith that carried them forward.
Her speech reminded everyone that Visual Best is not just a company. It is a dream nurtured with patience and belief.

Some of the most senior employees then came forward to share their own journeys. They spoke about joining Visual Best in its early phases. About witnessing growth from close quarters. About the culture of trust and learning. About how the organisation shaped their careers and personal growth.
It became clear that Visual Best is not built on infrastructure alone. It is built on people.
A Precious Gift of Appreciation

At the end, Mr. and Mrs. Kushwaha gave everyone a silver coin as a gift. It was a really nice surprise and something no one was expecting. Everyone went up one by one to receive it, and it felt special in that moment.
The silver coin felt like a small reminder of the ten years gone by. Something solid and lasting that people could keep with them. It felt less like a formal gift and more like a memory from the celebration, something that would always remind us of this milestone and the time we have spent growing together at Visual Best.
Games and Laughter

After all the emotional moments, the mood became lighter, and it was time for games.
The team was divided into two groups, and each round was played by different participants chosen by the team leaders. Every round had small prizes, which kept everyone excited and fully involved.
People were cheering for their teams, laughing at mistakes, and arguing playfully over points. The final round between the team leaders got the loudest reactions, with everyone gathered around and cheering. By then, the room was full of energy, and it was nice seeing everyone enjoying themselves without thinking about work.
A Fresh Start the Next Morning

The next morning brought with it the calm and brightness of Jaipur sunshine. The breakfast buffet was equally grand and indulgent. An extensive spread featured freshly baked breads, seasonal fruits, healthy juices, traditional Indian breakfast options, continental classics, cereals, hot beverages, and live counters preparing dishes on request.
The aroma of fresh coffee and warm delicacies filled the air. Conversations were relaxed, smiles were natural, and the atmosphere carried satisfaction.
Exploring the Beauty of Hawa Mahal

Everyone got back into the traveller after checking out at about eleven in the morning, and we made our way to Hawa Mahal. We felt compelled to make at least one stop in Jaipur since we were already there.
Everyone started shooting pictures as soon as we arrived at the Hawa Mahal. While some were busy shooting group shots, others stood across the street to attempt to get the greatest view, and still others moved closer to get a better look. The place was bustling with people, shopkeepers shouting, and cars driving past, which in some ways made it feel even more like Jaipur.

Returning with Renewed Purpose
By afternoon, the team began the journey back to Noida. This time, the traveller carried more than passengers. It carried stories. Photographs. Reflections. Gratitude. Pride.
The 10th anniversary celebration was not simply about completing a decade. It was about acknowledging every struggle, every lesson, every risk, and every person who contributed to the success of Visual Best.
From one desk and one chair to a thriving organisation known for excellence in digital marketing and design, the journey stands as proof that vision backed by discipline creates extraordinary outcomes.
Ten years have been written with resilience and courage. The next decade waits to be built with even greater ambition.
