Visual Best Private Limited (‘Visual Best’ / ‘we’) establishes this refund policy to define the situations under which Visual Best will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund, and our responsibility in the circumstances leading to such a claim. By registering for our services, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.

All information collected is used to improve our website’s content, inform clients about updates, or address issues with their requests. If you prefer not to receive emails from us, please inform us via email or letter.

Coverage & Scope

Our refund policy covers refunds by Visual Best and/or a website owned and managed by Visual Best. This policy does not apply to companies not owned or controlled by Visual Best, nor to third-party service/product providers or websites linked to Visual Best’s website.

Filing a Complaint

At Visual Best, we approach each project with the final product in mind. It’s our responsibility as much as the client’s. We strive for a mutually acceptable solution in any dissatisfaction with our services. Refunds are considered only as a last resort. Eligibility for Refund

Visual Best treats every project with utmost care. Our goal is to deliver results as per the proposal terms. However, if a client is dissatisfied and opts for dispute resolution, our refund policy is as follows:

Website/Graphic Design/Video/UI/UX/Illustration:

  • Full Refund: If not started or the initial design is unapproved. Processed within 60 days of payment.
  • Partial Refund: Proportional to work completed if delivery policy is not met after initial design approval.
  • No Refunds: If the project is completed and uploaded on the server.

SEO/Social Media Marketing:

  • Full Refund: If the work is not initiated.
  • Partial Refund: Based on project completion and predefined scope.
  • No Refund: If we complete all the tasks the project manager assigns.

Ad Campaigns/Paid Marketing:

  • Full Refund: If the work is not initiated by the staff.
  • No Refund: If the work is started.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy

Refund policy is not applicable if:

  • Agreed upon payments are not clear.
  • Required information is not provided timely.
  • Client communication delays or fails project completion.
  • No compensation for delivery delays unless a penalty agreement exists.
  • If the client doesn’t provide proper information and details and asks us to start the work based on their input.

Limitation of Liability

Visual Best’s liability is limited to the value of the incomplete project portion. We are not liable for losses due to provided/delayed services unless project cancellation is communicated in writing.

Processing of Refunds

  • Partial Refunds: Processed within 45 business days via the original payment method.
  • Full Refunds: Processed within 60 business days via the original payment method.

Changes

Visual Best may amend this policy without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
