Terms & Conditions for Graphic Design Retainer Services

  • Basic Design Services are limited to Social Media creative posts (static), banner designs and GIFs.
  • Advance Design Services includes all kind of custom designs like presentations, Infographics, brochure, Flyers, Ebooks, Reports, Packaging, Branding, Banners, Ad designs, Social media creatives etc.
  • 3 month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evalaute the program to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business needs. After that, we can move to 6, 9, or 12 month commitments. Each retainer includes a set number of hours per week. Overage in hours each week will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $30 per hour.
  • Unused hours expire at the end of each week. This is to ensure that we can allocate time for your projects each week and plan our workload accordingly. You will get an invoice on the first day of each month. Invoice will include the monthly retainer rate for that month and any additional charges from previous month.
  • Type of services in the Graphic Design Retainer programs:
    • Print Materials – sales sheets, direct mailers, brochures, event programs, signage etc.
    • Digital Materials – email templates, presentation, social media graphics, blog banners, and other web graphics, ebooks, report etc.
    • Ad Design – print and web ads
    • Web Design – Landing Page, Web development, Microsites, Interactives.
    • Animation – GIFs, explainer videos and social media videos
  • Additional services are available upon request.
  • Services that are not include in graphic design retainer program and considers as addtional services:
    • Stock photography & paid fonts
    • Videos footage
    • Paid subscriptions for chat bots, SEO tools etc.
