- Managing and optimizing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Analyzing market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifying new digital technologies and trends, implementing these innovations in developing projects.
- Managing the company's online content, ensuring it aligns with our branding and customer engagement goals.
- Engaging with our online community and responding to customer queries on digital platforms.
- Collaborating with external agencies and vendor partners when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
