Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our SEO strategy to enhance our online presence, drive organic traffic, and improve search rankings. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, and the digital marketing landscape.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
Experience with keyword research, content optimization, link building, and other SEO tactics
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with web design and development
Familiarity with Google Ads and other PPC platforms

Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development and Execution:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to achieve desired rankings and organic traffic goals.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and optimization.
Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Website and Content Optimization:

Optimize website content, landing pages, and meta-data for maximum visibility and ranking.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

Regularly track and analyze website traffic and rankings to gauge SEO performance.
Utilize analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance metrics.

Link Building and Off-Page Optimization:

Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
Manage off-page optimization projects, including influencer outreach and content distribution.

Technical SEO:

Identify technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website architecture.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

Lead and mentor junior SEO team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.

Google Ad Campaign

The person should know how to run the Search and Display Google ad and have at least two years of practical experience in running Google ads.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy execution.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
