Graphic design retainer services are a fixed monthly agreement where you get a dedicated design team and a set block of hours each month. Instead of quoting and paying per project, you send requests as they come up and we deliver them on a priority basis — ideal for teams with ongoing, varied design needs.
On Deluxe and Premium plans, most single requests are delivered within 24 hours. Basic plans run 2–4 days. Larger projects like multi-page reports or full brand systems are scoped with a clear timeline up front, but always jump the queue ahead of ad-hoc work.
There's a 3-month minimum so we can properly learn your brand and build momentum. After that you're month-to-month and can pause, scale, or cancel anytime. At the 3-month mark we re-evaluate the hours together to make sure your plan still fits.
Included: print, digital, ad, web and motion design — decks, reports, social, brochures, ebooks, branding, GIFs, landing pages and more. Not included (billed separately): stock photography, paid fonts, video footage, and third-party subscriptions like SEO tools or chatbots. We'll always flag any add-on cost before starting.
Hours are allocated weekly so we can reserve capacity for you and plan our workload. Unused hours don't roll over week to week. If you go over, additional hours are billed at a flat $30/hr — well below standard project rates — and you'll see them itemised on your monthly invoice.
A single in-house designer costs a full salary plus benefits and software — and still can't cover illustration, motion, web and art direction alone. A retainer gives you that whole skill set on demand for a predictable monthly fee, at up to 60% below our ad-hoc project rates.
